At Water World, we strive to deliver your aquarium plants in optimal condition. To ensure their freshness and quality upon arrival, we have specific delivery guidelines in place:
- Next Working Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1pm will be eligible for next working day delivery.
- Delivery Days: Deliveries are only made from Tuesday to Friday to ensure that your plants are not held in distribution centres over the weekend, which could impact their health.
- Delivery Cost: A delivery fee of £8 applies to all aquarium plant orders.
- Weekend & Bank Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and throughout Friday, as well as over the weekend or on bank holidays, will be processed on the next available working day.

We offer free store collection at our Wirral store, with orders ready for collection in as little as 15 minutes, depending on stock availability. If the item is not available at the Wirral store, you can choose to place the order on hold till stock arrives.
Please note that your order will be held for 7 days. Any orders not collected within this period will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full.
