If you need to cancel your order or you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, then call our Customer Service Team on 0151 336 3616 and select option 4. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm. Please note your order cannot be amended, just cancelled. If you want to add or remove items from your order, you should cancel your order and place a new one
If you change your mind or are unhappy with your items, they’ll need to be returned in-store with a copy of your order confirmation email
