How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE delivery as standard on all orders over £49! For orders under £49 there is a charge starting from:

How long is delivery?
We aim to despatch all items ordered before 1pm the same working day. During busy periods this may take slightly longer. Parcels will not be despatched during weekends or bank holidays.
Pallet deliveries, such as large aquariums, can take up to 2 weeks via our pallet courier partners.

Pallet Deliveries*
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. During this time, our supplier or courier partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Weekend deliveries are not available.
Pallet deliveries are usually made using a 7.5 tonne delivery vehicle. Please ensure your delivery address has suitable access for a vehicle of this size. If there are any access restrictions (such as narrow lanes, low bridges, restricted roads, weight limits or limited turning space), please advise us before despatch so alternative arrangements can be discussed.
Delivery is made to the nearest kerbside only. We recommend having a second person available to assist you with moving your delivery.
Please check all products for damage before signing for your delivery.
Once a pallet order has been despatched, cancellations or failed deliveries where the item is returned to us will incur a £40 administration and return courier charge. This covers the additional costs charged by our pallet courier partners.
* This applies to any aquarium above 70 litres.

Please allow up to 7 days for all pond liner orders. If you require your order sooner, please call us on 0151 336 3616before placing your order.
Are there any surcharges for certain addresses?
Yes, as our couriers charge us more to send items to certain remote areas (including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly and Channel Islands, and certain parts of Scotland, such as the Highlands), there is a small additional cost for delivery to these areas.
Areas of the UK with an additional charge include:
AB30-56, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-50, ZE, IM, BT and TR21-25.
