The Interpret Aqua Smart LED Lighting upgrade offers a 13.5-watt capacity and is suitable for aquariums ranging from 38-59cm (14-23 inches). This range of LED lighting is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing for seamless connection to a smartphone or tablet through the free Aqua Smart App. The app offers a variety of features including immediate controls, weather conditions, and timer settings. It also provides the flexibility to craft custom preset programmes which can be saved, previewed, and executed or deleted. Users can organise multiple Aqua Smart devices into groups, rename devices and groups, and access help and support, all through Bluetooth connectivity from their smartphones.

The inclusion of versatile multi-fit adjustable end brackets, along with screws, means the Aqua Smart LEDs can be easily retrofitted under any aquarium hood or mounted on the aquarium's edge using the provided adjustable brackets. The kit also contains T5 & T8 adapters, enabling the Aqua Smart LED to be installed directly into existing T5 or T8 fixtures.

The Aqua Smart LED features a combination of White, Red, and Blue LEDs. The 6500k White LED provides a balanced spectrum that enhances the natural colours of your aquarium's plants and fish, alongside a daytime ripple effect. The Red LED boosts plant growth through optimised photosynthesis, while the Blue LED offers a cool, moonlit view and a nocturnal ripple effect.

Thanks to advancements in LED technology, these lights achieve over 100% increased brightness and 50% more efficiency compared to traditional T5 and T8 fluorescent lights. The innovative design not only ensures advanced waterproofing but also promotes efficient heat dissipation, ensuring the Aqua Smart LEDs operate efficiently and coolly for over three years.
