Selected Aqua One products are shipped directly from the Aqua One distribution centre and may take up to 7 working days for delivery depending on the item and delivery location. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a despatch confirmation email confirming your order is on its way.
Following despatch, you will be contacted directly by Aqua One to arrange a suitable delivery date where required. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery on the agreed date.
