Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email about the order. Once this has happened you will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange a suitable delivery date. Once despatched you will receive a despatch confirmation and tracking details.
Pallet deliveries are to the nearest kerbside. The driver will deliver in an up to 7.5 tonne vehicle with pallet truck and will not be able to manoeuvre the pallet to a drive or over gravel.

We offer free store collection at our Wirral store, with orders ready for collection in as little as 15 minutes, depending on stock availability. If the item is not available at the Wirral store, you can choose to place the order on hold till stock arrives.
