Orders sent via pallet delivery can take up to 7 working days to arrive depending on your location and the size of the order. Pallet deliveries are used for larger or heavier items to ensure they arrive safely and securely.
Once your order has been prepared, our warehouse team will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date. Tracking details will be provided upon despatch so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the agreed time. Deliveries are typically made on a kerbside basis only, so please let us know in advance if there are any access restrictions or special delivery requirements.
