Healthy Paws Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  1. To see a visible difference, participants must feed their dog 100% Healthy Paws for 30 days. Please see guidance notes on making changes to your pet’s food.
  2. The offer is limited to a maximum of one (1) money back application per household with one dog per application. Multiple applications from the same household cannot be accepted even if the household has more than one dog
  3. Only valid applications will be accepted. Till receipts may not be returned. A valid application comprises of: 
    1. A completed, legible, original application form; click here to download the application form.
    2. A 15+ word statement stating why the applicant did not see a visible difference in their dog the feeding over 30 days
    3. Valid original till receipt(s) which show 1 bag of Healthy Paws 2kg, 6kg or 12kg
    4. Original empty packaging of a qualifying Healthy Paws product.
  4. Claimants must submit their completed application form and 15+ word statement together with the relevant packaging and till receipt(s) in-store or by post to: Healthy Paws Money Back, Water World Limited, Chester High Road, Cheshire, CH64 8TF no later than 31.12.2022. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any till receipts/proof of purchases that:
    1. Are out of focus/blurry.
    2. Do not have the correct product clearly visible.
    3. That show store locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area.
    4. Are not unique to the individual.
  5. We reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with or altering receipts. Any attempts to submit any invalid receipts may result in the participant’s application being frozen and possibly deleted.
  6. The closing dates for receipt of all applications is 31.12.2022 No responsibility can be accepted for applications that are illegible, lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
  7. We reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, if circumstances make this unavoidable.
  8. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters.

We reserves the right to verify any application including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a claim where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instruction forming part of this promotion or where abuse is suspected. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions.
  11. In the event of circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter and those partnered with the promotion reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimise the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment.
  12. The participant is required to check these promotion rules on a regular basis.
  13. The Promoter also reserves the right not to attribute the Refund in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules.
