Selected Altico water features are delivered directly from the Altico distribution centre and may take up to 7 working days for delivery depending on the size of the item and your location. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a despatch confirmation email confirming your order is being prepared for delivery.
Following despatch, you will be contacted directly by the delivery team to arrange a suitable delivery date where required. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the agreed time. Deliveries are typically made on a kerbside basis only, so please advise us in advance of any access restrictions or special delivery requirements.
