Seachem Flourite Black 3.5Kg

Seachem Flourite Black is a specially fracted, stable, porous clay gravel designed for natural planted aquariums. Its rich black appearance makes it especially suited to aquascapes, but it can be used in any freshwater setup. Flourite Black works best as a standalone substrate but can be mixed with other gravels if preferred. It is not chemically coated, will not alter pH, and lasts for the lifetime of the aquarium without needing replacement.

A 7 kg bag occupies approximately 5,500 cm³. To calculate how much you need, multiply your aquarium’s length × width × desired depth to find the required volume.

• Rinse before use to remove dust created during shipping

Tips

• Fill the tank slowly to avoid disturbing the substrate
• Pour water into a bowl placed on the substrate to let it overflow gently
• Initial cloudiness is normal—use mechanical filtration (e.g., filter floss) to clear it
• For enhanced root strength and growth, add a 2.5 cm base layer of Seachem Onyx Sand beneath Flourite Black
